市委外办曹赛先主任率队拜会委内瑞拉和墨西哥驻广州总领事馆

　　2月20日，市委外办主任曹赛先率队前往广州分别拜会委内瑞拉和墨西哥驻广州总领事馆，与委内瑞拉驻广州总领事车丽·汉·哈布尔·塔诺斯（Chery Han Jabour Tannous）和墨西哥驻广州总领事胡利安·阿丹姆（Julián Adem）进行会谈。

　　On February 20, Cao Saixian, Director General of Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office led a delegation to Guangzhou and met with Venezuelan Consul General Chery Han Jabour Tannous and  Mexican Consul General Julián Adem.

　　曹主任向两位总领事致以新春问候。她介绍说，几天前全省高质量发展大会在深圳举行，省委、省政府对全年重点工作作出重要动员部署。深圳外办将认真落实大会精神和市委工作安排，全力服务国家总体外交大局和深圳经济高质量发展。去年，委内瑞拉总统马杜罗、墨西哥外长阿莉西亚·巴尔塞纳和墨西哥多党议员考察团等多批委内瑞拉、墨西哥重要团组访深，为深圳与委内瑞拉和墨西哥深化合作奠定良好基础。展望未来，深圳外办将进一步加强与总领馆的沟通协调，共同推进深圳与委内瑞拉在经济特区建设和现代化领域经验交流，开展友好交往；深化与墨西哥在经贸、航线和绿色低碳领域合作，实现高层人员互访。

　　Director General Cao extended Chinese New Year greetings to both Consuls General. She said that a few days ago, Shenzhen hosted the conference on high-quality development of Guangdong Province, during which the provincial CPC Committee and People’s Government mobilized and laid out key work throughout the year. The Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office will conscientiously implement the spirit of the conference and the work arrangements of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, and fully serve the overall diplomacy of the country and the high-quality development of Shenzhen. Last year, Venezuelan President Maduro, Mexcian Foreign Minister Alicia Bárcena Ibarra, Mexican multi-party parliamentarians delegation and other important delegations of Venezuela and Mexico visited Shenzhen, which laid a good foundation for deepening cooperation between shenzhen and the two countries. In the future, Shenzhen hopes to strengthen communication with both Consulates General，promote exchanges of experience in the construction and modernization of special economic zones with Venezuela to carry out friendly engagement, and further cooperation with Mexico in the fields of economic and trade, flight routes, green development and foster high-level mutual visits. 

　　两位总领事对曹赛先主任一行到访表示欢迎。哈布尔总领事谈到，委内瑞拉盛产咖啡、牛油果等农产品，希望更多出口到中国，助力深圳集聚全球优质农产品资源。今年是中国与委内瑞拉建交50周年，希望双方积极落实马杜罗总统访深取得的成果，进一步拓展各领域务实合作。

　　Both Consuls General welcomed DG Cao and her delegation to the consulates. Consul General Jabour mentioned that Venezuela is famous for coffee, avocados and other agricultural products, and is expecting more export to China to help Shenzhen pool high-quality agricultural resources from around the world. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Venezuela. She hoped that the two sides can implement the outcomes of Venezuelan President Maduro's visit to Shenzhen last year, and expand pragmatic cooperation in various fields.

　　阿丹姆总领事表示，总领馆将全力支持开通深圳与墨西哥直飞航线，方便两地人员往来和资源对接，为中墨深化全面战略伙伴关系作出更大贡献。

　　Consul General Adem said the Mexican Consulate General will fully support the opening of flight routes between Shenzhen and Mexico to facilitate people-to-people exchanges and matching of resources, so as to contribute to the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Mexico.

　　市商务局、国资委和贸促委代表参加会见。

　　Representative of Shenzhen Commerce Bureau, Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and CCPIT Shenzhen joined the meeting.
