市委外办孙怀忠副主任率队调研中欧（中老）班列运营情况

　　1月5日，市委外办副主任孙怀忠同志率队到平湖南综合物流枢纽调研中欧（中老）班列运营情况。深国际纪委书记纪志龙、人力资源部总经理王琳鸿、深国铁路董事长刘业全等有关领导出面接待，并与调研组一行开展座谈。

　　In the morning of January 5th, Deputy Director General Sun Huaizhong led a team to the South Pinghu Comprehensive Logistics Hub to investigate the operation of China-Europe (China-Laos) Railway Express. Ji Zhilong, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of Shenzhen International Holdings Limited, Wang Linhong, General Manager of the Human Resources Department, and Liu Yequan, Chairman of ShenGuo Railway Logistics Development Co., Ltd, and other relevant leaders received and held talks with the delegation.

　　双方就平湖南综合物流枢纽建设、中欧（中老）班列运营、外事资源赋能等事项进行了探讨。深国际纪委书记纪志龙对市委外办一行来访表示热烈欢迎，并希望加强与市委外办合作，实现双方联动，抢抓区域全面经济伙伴关系协定（RCEP）生效的重大战略机遇，打造联通“东盟-深圳-欧洲”的国际物流新通道。

　　The two parties discussed issues such as the construction of the South Pinghu Comprehensive Logistics Hub, the operation of China-Europe (China-Laos) freight trains, and the empowerment of foreign affairs resources. Secretary Ji Zhilong expressed his warm welcome to the officials of Shenzhen Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, and hoped to strengthen cooperation with the Office, realize mutual cooperation between the two sides, seize major strategic opportunities of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) coming into effect, and build a connected "ASEAN-Shenzhen-Europe" new international logistics channel.

　　孙怀忠同志谈到，中欧（中老）班列作为深圳积极融入国家“一带一路”倡议的有力抓手，对服务国家总体外交战略，推动深圳与“一带一路”沿线国家政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通具有深远意义。市委外办将认真践行“外事为民”理念，发挥好使领馆、国际友城、商协会等方面的资源及渠道优势，助力中欧（中老）班列项目更好更快发展。

　　Deputy Director General Sun Huaizhong mentioned that the China-Europe (China-Laos) freight trains, as a powerful starting point for Shenzhen to actively integrate into the country’s “Belt and Road” Initiative, serves the country’s overall diplomatic strategy. It is of far-reaching significance to promote policy coordination, facilities connectivity, unimpeded trade, financial integration, people-to-people bond between Shenzhen and countries along the Belt and Road. Shenzhen Municipal Foreign Affairs Office will conscientiously implement the concept of "foreign affairs for the people", make good use of resources and channel advantages of embassies and consulates, international friendship cities and business associations to help China-Europe (China-Laos) frieght train projects develop better and faster.

　　自2020年8月18日首列从平湖南国家物流枢纽始发的“湾区号”中欧班列已运行超1年，共开通出口线路6条，通达德国杜伊斯堡、汉堡，波兰马拉舍维奇，匈牙利布达佩斯，俄罗斯沃尔西诺，哈萨克斯坦阿拉木图，乌兹别克斯坦塔什干以及老挝等多地。班列按照每周1-3列的开行频率，主要运输家电、机械器具、通讯设备、生活用品、灯具等货品，为湾区企业与“一带一路”沿线国家和地区经济社会发展提供了强有力的国际供应链运输支撑。

　　Since August 18, 2020, the first "Greater Bay Area Express” that departed from the South Pinghu Comprehensive Logistics Hub has been in operation for more than a year, with a total of 6 export routes open to Duisburg and Hamburg of Germany, Rasevic of Poland, Budapest of Hungary, Volsino of Russia, Almaty of Kazakhstan, Tashkent of Uzbekistan, Laos and other places. According to the frequency of 1-3 times per week, the train mainly transports goods such as home appliances, mechanical appliances, communication equipment, daily necessities, and lamps, providing a powerful transportation support of international supply chain for the economic and social development of the Greater Bay Area enterprises and the countries and regions along the Belt and Road.

　　2021年，深圳共开行班列数量123列，货运量11764TEU，进出口班列贸易额合计49365.56万美元，承载货重总计78734.86吨，其中，出口班列87列（阿拉山口方向40列，二连方向17列，满洲里方向25列，中亚班列3列，中老班列2列），货运量8132TEU，出口贸易额44271万美元，出口货重3.92万吨；进口班列36列，货运量3162TEU，进口贸易额2886.57万美元，进口货重3.72万吨。

　　In 2021, Shenzhen has sent a total of 123 trains with a freight volume of 11,764 TEUs. The total trade volume of import and export trains is 493,655,600 US dollars, and the total cargo weight is 78,734.86 tons. Among them, there are 87 export trains (40 trains going through Alataw Pass, 17 trains through Erenhot and 25 trains through Manchuria; 3 trains going to Central Asia and 2 trains to Laos) with its freight volume of 8,132 TEUs, trade volume of 442.71 million US dollars, and cargo weight of 39,200 tons; there are 36 trains for import registering freight volume of 3,162 TEUs, trade volume of 28,865,700 US dollars, and cargo weight of 37,200 tons.
