市委外办主任曹赛先会见哈萨克斯坦驻华使馆公使衔参赞一行 Director General Cao Saixian Meets with Kazakh Minister Counsellor Kuanysh Amantay

　　3月5日，市委外办主任曹赛先会见到访的哈萨克斯坦驻华使馆公使衔参赞阿满泰·华内实（Kuanysh Amantay）一行。

　　On March 5, Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office Director General Cao Saixian met with the visiting delegation led by Minister Counselor of the Kazakh embassy in China Kuanysh Amantay.

　　曹主任对阿满泰·华内实参赞一行访深表示欢迎，简要介绍了深圳经济社会发展最新情况。曹主任谈到，哈萨克斯坦是“丝绸之路经济带”的首倡地，在共建“一带一路”国际合作中具有重要作用和影响。近年来，习近平主席同哈萨克斯坦总统托卡耶夫多次会晤，达成一系列重要共识，为打造两国关系下一个“黄金30年”提供了根本遵循。深圳积极落实两国元首重要共识，着力加强各渠道、各层级交往交流，深化互学互鉴，加快推进世代友好、高度互信、休戚与共的中哈命运共同体建设，助力两国共同发展繁荣。

　　Director General Cao welcomed the delegation and briefed on the latest socioeconomic developments of Shenzhen. She said, Kazakhstan is the birthplace of the “Silk Road Economic Belt”, and is of great significance and impact on the international cooperation on joint development of the “Belt and Road”. In recent years, President Xi Jinping and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev have met multiple times and reached broad important consensus, serving as the fundamental guidance for the next “golden three decades” of the bilateral relations. Shenzhen is now acting upon the important consensus reached by leaders of the two countries by enhancing exchanges with relevant parties on different levels through various channels, and deepening mutual learning. This is designed to speed up the building of a China-Kazakhstan community of shared destiny through thick and thin featuring generation-to-generation friendship and high mutual trust, and contribute to the common development and prosperity of the two countries.

　　阿满泰·华内实参赞对曹主任的热情接待表示感谢。他表示，哈萨克斯坦是中亚地区GDP总量最大的国家，与深圳合作基础良好。希望在市委外办的支持下，双方进一步加强在经贸往来、友城交往、产业发展等领域交流合作。

　　Minister Counselor Amantay thanked Director General Cao for her hospitality. Kazakhstan is the largest economy in central Asia, promising a good basis for cooperation with Shenzhen, he mentioned, hoping that with the support of Shenzhen FAO, both sides could cement the exchanges and cooperation in such fields as economy and trade, friendship city relations, and industrial development.
