深圳市与莫斯科市签约建立友好交流城市关系

　　3月6日上午，深圳市与俄罗斯联邦莫斯科市在深圳签约建立友好交流城市关系。副市长王守睿代表深圳市与莫斯科市政府部长、市对外经济和国际联络局局长切廖明签署友好交流合作备忘录。代表团一行还将出席深圳—莫斯科交通合作交流会，参观宝安区城市空中交通运营示范中心、巴士集团、深圳交通局综合交通运行指挥中心、比亚迪公司、海能达公司和深圳北站等。

　　On the morning of 6 March, Shenzhen and Moscow signed a MOU on friendship city relationship. On behalf of Shenzhen, Vice Mayor Wang Shourui signed the MOU with Cheryomin, Minister of the Moscow City Government and Head of the Department of Foreign Economic and International Connections. The Moscow delegation will attend the Shenzhen-Moscow Transportation Cooperation and Exchange Meeting and visit the Bao’an District Urban Air Traffic Operation Demonstration Center, Shenzhen Bus Group, Shenzhen Transportation Bureau Comprehensive Traffic Operation and Command Center, BYD, Hytera and Shenzhen North Railway Station.

　　莫斯科市是俄罗斯联邦首都，是该国政治、经济、文化、金融、交通中心以及最大的综合性城市。深圳市与莫斯科市建立友好交流城市关系，将推动两地在经贸、科技、交通、文化、教育以及医疗卫生等多领域的务实合作再上新台阶，助力高质量共建“一带一路”，为中俄新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系作出地方贡献。

　　Moscow is the capital city of the Russian Federation, the political, economic, cultural, financial and transport center and the largest comprehensive city in the country. The establishment of the friendship city relationship between Shenzhen and Moscow will promote the pragmatic cooperation between the two cities in economy and trade, science and technology, transport, culture, education and health care to a new level, and help build the high quality Belt and Road Initiative, making contributions to the China-Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Collaboration in the New Era.

　　今年是中俄建交75周年。在两国元首战略引领下，中俄关系进入历史最好时期，成为互信程度最高、协作水平最高、战略价值最高的一对大国关系。中俄关系的快速发展为扩大两国地方合作提供了重要机遇。我市与莫斯科不断加强友好交流。深圳北理莫斯科大学现已成为中俄科教合作的重要平台和人文交流的重要桥梁。2022年，我市联合哈尔滨市，与俄罗斯莫斯科、圣彼得堡、叶卡捷琳堡建立两国五城定期接触机制，并开展中俄两国五城市领导视频会晤、中俄油画展等友好交流系列活动。莫斯科市创新型产业集群——莫斯科创新集群加入世界创新城市合作组织。

　　This year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia. Under the strategic leadership of the heads of State of the two countries, China-Russia relations have entered the best period in history, with the highest degree of mutual trust, the highest level of collaboration and the highest strategic value. The rapid development of China-Russia relations provides an important opportunity for expanding cooperation among cities. Shenzhen has been strengthening friendly exchanges with Moscow. Shenzhen MSU-BIT University has now become an important platform for China-Russia cooperation in science and education and an important bridge for people-to-people exchanges. In 2022, Shenzhen, together with Harbin, and Moscow, St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg, established a mechanism for regular contact for friendly exchanges such as online meetings of the leaders of the five cities and the Chinese-Russian Oil Painting Exhibition. The Moscow Innovation Cluster, an innovative industrial cluster in Moscow, joined the World Innovative Cities Cooperation Organization (WICCO).

　　近年来，深圳抢抓高质量共建“一带一路”重大机遇，全面扩大高水平对外开放，大力拓展友城网络，已与全球58个国家的93个城市建立了友好城市或友好交流城市关系。

　　In recent years, Shenzhen has seized the major opportunity of building the high quality Belt and Road, comprehensively expanding high-level opening up, vigorously expanding the network of friendship cities, and has established friendship or sister city ties with 93 cities in 58 countries.
