市委外办主任曹赛先率队拜会多国驻华使馆

　　3月14日至15日，市委外办主任曹赛先率队前往北京，先后拜会9家外国驻华大使馆，与奥地利驻华大使利肯、哈萨克斯坦驻华大使沙赫拉特、新西兰驻华大使毛瑞、墨西哥驻华大使施雅德、南非驻华大使谢胜文、西班牙驻华大使馆副馆长、公使衔参赞埃斯帕尼亚、英国驻华大使馆公使衔参赞柯达修、俄罗斯驻华大使馆公使衔参赞安德烈、德国驻华大使馆经济总处主任魏韬进行深入会谈，进一步推动深圳对外交流合作。

　　On March 14 and 15, Cao Saixian, Director General of Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office, led a team to Beijing and visited nine foreign embassies in China, having in-depth talks with Austrian Ambassador Andreas Riecken, Kazakhstan Ambassador Nuryshev Shakhrat, New Zealand Ambassador Grahame Robert Morton, Mexican Ambassador Jesús Seade, South African Ambassador Siyabonga Cyprian Cwele, Spanish Embassy Minister Counselor Julio Herráiz España, British Embassy Minister Counselor Dashiell Caldwell, Russian Embassy Minister Counselor Povalyaev Andrey, and German Embassy First Counselor Thomas Weithöner to further promote exchanges and cooperation.

　　曹赛先主任对各国驻华大使馆长期以来给予深圳的关注和支持表示感谢，并介绍了深圳经济社会发展的最新情况。她表示，了解深圳需要读懂五个关键词。第一个词是“青春之城”。深圳建市45年，城市人口平均年龄32.5岁，四十多年间取得了举世瞩目的成就。第二个词是“开放之城”。2023年深圳进出口总额3.87万亿元，出口额连续31年位居中国内地城市首位，与全球59个国家的93个城市缔结友好关系。第三个词是“创新之城”。2023年深圳全社会研发投入占GDP比重达5.81%，培育出华为、平安、腾讯、比亚迪等一批创新型领军企业。第四个词是“绿色之城”。深圳森林覆盖率近40%，公园数量超1200个，单位GDP能耗和二氧化碳排放均处于中国最低水平。第五个词是“人文之城”。深圳温暖包容，有情怀、有温度，生活在深圳的居民很有获得感、安全感和幸福感。

　　Director General Cao Saixian expressed her gratitude to the embassies for their long-term attention and support to Shenzhen, and introduced the economic and social development of the city. She pointed out five key words. First, Shenzhen is the City of Youth. Shenzhen was founded 45 years ago, and the average age of its population is 32.5 years old. It has made remarkable achievements in the past four decades. Second, Shenzhen is the City of Openness. In 2023, the import and export volume amounted to 3.87 trillion yuan, ranking the first in terms of export volume for 31 consecutive years in China. The city has friendship or sister city relations with 93 cities in 59 countries around the world. Third, Shenzhen is the City of Innovation. In 2023, its R&D investment accounted for 5.81% of GDP. A number of innovative enterprises such as Huawei, Ping An, Tencent, and BYD have been cultivated. Fourth, Shenzhen is a Green City. Its forest coverage rate is 40%, with more than 1,200 parks and the lowest energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP. Last but not least, Shenzhen is a People-centered City. Shenzhen opens its arms to new comers, and residents living in Shenzhen have a great sense of gain, security and happiness.

　　曹赛先主任回顾了近年来深圳与各国的友好交往情况，希望与各馆携手合作，搭建交流合作渠道，深入挖掘合作潜力，推动各国代表团访问深圳，促进各国企业在深投资，协助深圳企业拓展各国市场，进一步加强深圳与各国在经贸投资、创新创业、绿色低碳、智慧城市、教育科研、文化旅游、高层互访、友城交往等领域的交流合作。各国驻华使节均对深圳取得的经济社会发展成就表示赞叹，强调深圳一直是各馆对华开展交流合作的重要关注对象，并围绕重点合作领域提出了策划高层访深、机构赴深办展、企业来深参展、扩大农产品贸易、推进航线开通、开展旅游推广、拓展友城交往、增进人文交流等一系列项目建议。同时，多位驻华使节均表示关注到粤港澳大湾区的建设规划，也很期待深圳在其中发挥重要作用。

　　Director General Cao also reviewed the friendly exchanges between Shenzhen and the countries in recent years, and hoped to work hand in hand with the embassies to expand channels of exchanges, explore more cooperation potential, promote more delegation visits, have more foreign enterprises invest in Shenzhen, and also assist Shenzhen enterprises in expanding overseas markets. She hoped to further strengthen the ties in economy, trade, investment, innovation and entrepreneurship, green and low-carbon development, smart city, education, science and technology, culture, tourism, high-level visits and friendship city exchanges. The ambassadors congratulated Shenzhen on the achievements in economic and social development, emphasized that Shenzhen has always been an important city. They put forward a series of project proposals on key cooperation areas, such as planning high-level visits to Shenzhen, organizing exhibitions in Shenzhen and having their companies participate in Shenzhen exhibitions, expanding trade in agricultural products, pushing forward the opening of direct flights, carrying out tourism promotion, expanding exchanges with friendship cities and enhancing people-to-people exchanges. Some also asked questions about the construction plan of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and looked forward to Shenzhen’s bigger role in it.
