市委外办曹赛先主任与巴西驻广州总领事杜飞一行座谈

　　2021年8月3日，市委外办曹赛先主任与到访的巴西驻广州总领事杜飞（Frederico S. Duque Estrada Meyer）一行座谈。

　　On August 3, Director General Cao Saixian of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee had a meeting with a visiting delegation led by Brazilian Consul General in Guangzhou Frederico S. Duque Estrada Meyer.

　　曹赛先主任对杜飞总领事一行访深表示欢迎，感谢他为促进深圳与巴西的交流合作所做的大量工作。曹赛先主任介绍了深圳最新经济社会发展情况，分享了深圳四十年来改革创新的理念与实践，希望杜飞总领事多向巴西民众介绍深圳，推动深圳与巴西在各领域的务实合作，尤其希望总领事协助推动里约热内卢与深圳建立友好关系，并成为深圳发起筹建的世界创新合作组织的成员。

　　Director General Cao Saixian welcomed the delegation to visit Shenzhen, and thanked the Consul General for his hard work in driving the exchanges and cooperation between Shenzhen and Brazil. Director General Cao Saixian introduced to the delegation the latest economic and social developments of city, and shared the philosophies and practices of its reform and innovation in the past four decades. She expressed her hope that Consul General Meyer could promote Shenzhen to the Brazilian people, and facilitate the pragmatic cooperation between Shenzhen and Brazil in various fields. In particular, she hoped the Consul General to assist the establishment of friendly relations between Shenzhen and Rio de Janeiro, and invited the city of Rio de Janeiro to join the World Innovative Cities Cooperation Organization (WICCO) initiated and founded by Shenzhen.

　　杜飞总领事感谢深圳去年向巴西捐赠抗疫物资，表示将继续推动深圳与里约结好，希望学习深圳在垃圾处理和智慧城市管理方面的先进经验和技术，未来将走访更多优秀的深圳企业，为深圳企业开拓巴西市场和巴西企业进入中国牵线搭桥。

　　Consul General Meyer thanked Shenzhen for its donation of anti-pandemic supplies to Brazil last year, and suggested that he would remain committed to boosting the intimacy between Rio de Janeiro and Shenzhen. The Consul General wished to draw on the advanced experience and technologies of Shenzhen in its waste disposal and smart city management. He noted that he would pay visit to more outstanding enterprises in Shenzhen, and serve as a bridge for enterprises in Shenzhen to tap into the Brazilian market and for Brazilian enterprises to enter the Chinese market.
