市委外办主任曹赛先到外事窗口看望激励一线工作人员

　　2月18日下午，春节假期后上班第一天，市委外办主任曹赛先率办班子成员到行政服务大厅外事窗口，了解龙年开工首日的工作情况，给大家带来新春祝福，为大家加油鼓劲。在现场，窗口的同志端坐柜位前，精神饱满地为前来办理业务的群众服务，包括为深圳跳水队员办理参赛用涉外公文书证明、为深圳航空公司办理春节航班机组护照领用手续，指导相关企业填写签证表等，现场一片紧张繁忙的景象。

　　On the afternoon of February 18th, the first day of work after the Spring Festival holiday, Cao Saixian, Director General of Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office, together with the leadership of Shenzhen FAO visited the foreign affairs window of the Administration Service Hall to learn about work on the first work day of the Lunar New Year, brought the Spring Festival blessings to everyone and cheer them on. The front-line staff at the window, sitting upright in front of the counter received the people who came to handle business with full spirit. They have processed paperwork and helped with procedures including foreign documents certificate for Shenzhen diving team and passport application procedures for the Shenzhen Airlines Spring Festival flight crew, as well as providing guidance for relevant enterprises to fill in the visa form.

　　曹赛先主任表示，上午，广东省委、省政府在深圳召开了全省高质量发展大会，擂响了奋进催征的战鼓。外事窗口的同志要深入学习贯彻落实大会精神，务实奋斗、开拓创新、拼搏奉献，用实际行动践行“外事为民”的初心使命，以新担当、新作为全力服务国家总体外交大局和深圳经济高质量发展，为深圳加快打造更具全球影响力的经济中心城市和现代化国际大都市贡献外事力量。

　　Director General Cao said, Provincial High-quality Development Conference convened by Guangdong government in Shenzhen this morning sounds the trumpet for progress. Staff working in the administration hall shall learn and act upon the the spirits of the Conference, and work hard with practical actions and innovation, so as to honor our original mission for serving the people through foreign affairs. They shall also take new responsibilities and actions to serve whole-heartedly the national overall diplomacy and Shenzhen’s high-quality development, and contribute our part to accelerate the building of Shenzhen as a more globally influential economic center and a modern international metropolis.
