市委外办调研深圳湾超级总部基地并开展联合党建活动

　　Accompanied by General Manager Mai Hao of Shenzhen Bay Area Urban Construction and Development Company Limited (“SZBA-UCD”) and his team, Ms. Cao and her colleagues toured the project’s scale models, intelligent manufacturing exhibition, and Party-building activities display. They also visited the construction site to learn about the latest progress. Both sides then exchanged views on how SZFAO could support the global development of the Base and its Tower C project.

　　Ms. Cao outlined the duties and functions of SZFAO and highlighted the development of international organizations and institutions in Shenzhen. She emphasized that the Base serves as a key platform for the city's growth into a modern and international metropolis. SZFAO will find opportunities from diplomatic delegations, sister-city partnerships, foreign media, and expatriate networks to support the Tower C project in enhancing its global visibility and attracting international entities in a view to foster a robust global ecosystem and a sound international environment.

　　麦浩介绍了深超总基地及C塔项目的发展定位和建设运营理念。他表示，C塔项目坐落于片区核心位置，以打造“未来之塔”为使命。深湾发展公司将发扬好国企担当，与各科创企业和合作伙伴一道，努力推动C塔项目建设成为汇聚全球目光、集聚产业发展的城市客厅和湾区地标。希望在市委外办的支持下，有效提升C塔项目的国际化发展能级。　　

　　C塔项目坐落于深超总片区核心位置，以独特的“超能环集”设计理念，巧妙融合城市、自然、中央绿轴TOD。C塔总建筑面积约55万㎡，由2栋超高层双子塔和空中连廊连接组成，将建设集办公、商业、酒店、文化、公共服务等多功能于一体的企业总部、国际组织和机构服务平台。

　　The Tower C project is situated at the core of the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base. Embracing the innovative "Super Loop Integration" design concept, it seamlessly integrates urban infrastructure, natural landscapes, and the central green axis TOD (transit-oriented development). With a total construction area of approximately 550,000 sqm, the development features twin super high-rise towers connected by an aerial skybridge. It will serve as a multifunctional service platform for corporate headquarters and international organizations and institutions, incorporating offices, commercial spaces, hotels, cultural facilities, and public services.
