市委外办到深农投集团调研

　　8月6日，市委外办主任曹赛先率队前往深圳农业与食品投资控股集团有限公司（简称“深农投”），与深农投党委书记、董事长黄伟等座谈，了解企业发展需求，提供政策指导和外事服务。　

　　On August 6, Cao Saixian, Director General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Shenzhen Municipal Government, led a work visit to Shenzhen Agricultural and Food Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (SZAFI). Director General Cao and her team had a meeting with Huang Wei, Party Secretary and Chairman of SZAFI, to learn about SZAFI’s needs and provide foreign affairs policy guidance and services.

　　黄伟简要介绍了深农投近年发展情况。深农投组建于2023年，是深圳市属国有独资企业、行业领先的食品产业培育和资源整合管控型综合平台。组建以来，深农投以“保障当下、创投未来”为战略目标，积极推进深农聚合平台的建设，探索农产品流通“最初一公里”到“最后一公里”的标准化、数字化，推进农产品迈向标准化、数字化、品牌化，促进农业与工业深度融合，全力拓展国内国际“朋友圈”，在守正创新中推动集团高质量发展。

　　Huang Wei briefed on SZAFI’s development in recent years. Established in 2023, SZAFI is a Shenzhen  solely-municipal-owned enterprise and serves as a leading comprehensive management platform for food industry incubation and resource integration. Aligned with its strategic goals of “securing the present and investing in the future”, SZAFI forges ahead with the building of the agricultural integration platform for Shenzhen. It pioneers standardized, digital solutions spanning from the first mile to the last mile of agricultural product circulation, promotes product standardization and branding, integrates agriculture with industrial transformation, and expands domestic and global partnerships to drive the group’s high-quality development by upholding integrity and advancing innovation.

　　曹赛先表示，当前，深圳正加快建设现代化国际大都市，国有企业是产业国际化的重要载体、城市国际化的重要依托。近年来，深农投主动“出海”探路，在进出口贸易拓展中先行先试，为深圳国际化建设作出积极贡献。市委外办将充分发挥外事资源优势，全力支持深农投“走出去”，帮助企业链接优质国际资源，提供及时有效信息，共建国际化人才队伍，共同为深圳打造更具全球影响力的经济中心城市和现代化国际大都市贡献力量。

　　Director General Cao Saixian emphasized that as Shenzhen accelerates its development into a modern international metropolis, state-owned enterprises serve as crucial drivers for industry and city internationalization. In recent years, SZAFI’s proactive global exploration and pioneering efforts in foreign trade has made significant contribution to Shenzhen’s internalization. The Municipal Foreign Affairs Office pledges to leverage its resources to support SZAFI’s overseas expansion. This includes facilitating access to premium international resources, providing timely market information, co-building global talent teams, and joining hands to forge Shenzhen into a more globally influential economic center city and a modern international metropolis.

　　The meeting was attended by SZAFI’s leadership including Deputy Party Secretary/General Manager Ma Li, Deputy Party Secretary Gu Cheng, Party Discipline Inspection Committee Secretary Lin Zujie, and Vice General Manager Guan Yaohua, along with relevant department heads from both sides.
