市委外办主任曹赛先会见白俄罗斯驻广州总领事康斯坦丁一行

　　10月21日，市委外办主任曹赛先会见白俄罗斯驻广州总领事戈洛夫科·康斯坦丁（Halauko Kanstantin）一行。

　　Cao Saixian, Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, met with Halauko Kanstantin, Consul General of Belarus in Guangzhou, and his team on October 21.

　　曹赛先对康斯坦丁一行的到访表示欢迎，并介绍深圳科技创新和产业发展相关情况。她回顾了深圳与白俄罗斯在工业投资、友城交往领域的合作成果，表示期待进一步通过中白工业园、明斯克友城等平台，推动更多深圳企业开拓欧亚市场。

　　Cao Saixian extended a warm welcome to the guests and briefed them on Shenzhen’s scientific and technological innovation and industrial development. She reviewed the outcomes of cooperation between Shenzhen and Belarus in industrial investment and sister-city exchanges. She expressed the hope that the two sides would further leverage platforms including the China-Belarus Industrial Park and the sister-city ties with Minsk to help more Shenzhen enterprises explore the Eurasian market.

　　康斯坦丁感谢市委外办给予的热情接待，并介绍白俄罗斯的产业优势和特色，表示愿意与深圳继续保持常态化沟通，重点推动双方在生物医药、农产品加工、直航航线等领域深化合作。

　　Consul General Halauko Kanstantin thanked Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office for the warm reception. He introduced Belarus’ industrial strengths and featured sectors, and stated that Belarus is ready to maintain regular communication with Shenzhen to deepen practical cooperation focusing on biomedicine, agricultural product processing and direct air routes.
