曹赛先主任与挪威驻广州总领事海歌一行座谈 Director General Cao Saixian Meets with Norwegian Consul General in Guangzhou Hege Araldsen

　　9月1日，市委外办曹赛先主任与到访的挪威驻广州总领事海歌（Hege Araldsen）及挪威奥斯陆国际气候与环境研究中心（CICERO Center for International Climate Research）主任克里斯廷·哈尔沃森（Kristin Halvorsen）女士一行座谈。

　　On September 1, Director General Cao Saixian of Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office met with Hege Araldsen, Norwegian Consul General in Guangzhou and Kristin Halvorsen, director of CICERO Center for International Climate Research.

　　曹赛先主任对海歌总领事及哈尔沃森主任表示欢迎，并介绍深圳是一座年轻、开放、包容的国际化大都市，注重科技创新及知识产权保护，拥有华为、比亚迪、腾讯等一批优秀的高科技企业。她指出，深圳也特别注重打造城市之美，发展经济的同时，注重环境保护，从市民生活及政府管理方面详细介绍了深圳怎样做好节能环保，实现绿色发展。

　　Director General Cao Saixian welcomed Consul General Araldsen and director Halvorsen to Shenzhen, and said that Shenzhen is a young, open and international modern metropolis. It attaches great importance to innovation and IP protection, with the development of outstanding high-tech companies like Huawei, BYD and Tencent. She pointed out that Shenzhen is also building itself into a beautiful city, striking a balance between economic development and environmental protection. She also shared Shenzhen’s practices in energy conservation and green development from the perspectives of citizens’ daily life and city governance.

　　海歌总领事感谢曹赛先主任的接待，指出深圳在经济发展和绿色发展之间取得了出色的平衡。哈尔沃森主任指出，深圳在绿色发展、垃圾处理及循环经济等领域有许多有价值的实践经验，希望在未来加深了解及合作。

　　Consul General Araldsen thanked Director General for her hospitality and pointed out that Shenzhen has indeed done well in both economic and green development. Director Halvorsen said that Shenzhen has valuable practices and experience in green development, waste treatment and circular economy, and she hoped to learn more and promote future cooperation.
