市委外办主任曹赛先与俄罗斯鞑靼斯坦共和国工贸部副部长卡尔波夫座谈

　　10月27日，市委外办主任曹赛先与来访的俄罗斯鞑靼斯坦共和国工贸部副部长卡尔波夫一行座谈。

　　曹赛先主任热情欢迎鞑靼斯坦共和国客人，并向客人介绍深圳：深圳是一座年轻、开放、创新、绿色、以人为本的城市。她还向客人介绍了深圳的高新技术企业和即将在11月份举办的第二十五届高交会相关情况。深圳与鞑靼斯坦共和国首府喀山市因相继举办第26、27届大运会而结缘，于2012年结为友好交流城市。曹赛先表示，希望与鞑靼斯坦共和国继续加强在文化、经贸、科技等领域交流合作。

　　Director General Cao Saixian welcomed guests from the Republic of Tatarstan and said that Shenzhen is a young, open, innovative, green and people-centered city. She gave an introduction to the high-tech companies and the 2023 China High Tech Fair that will take place in November in Shenzhen. The friendship between Shenzhen and the capital city Kazan dates back to the 26th and 27th Universiade, which were hosted by the two cities respectively, and the two cities established friendship city relationship in 2012. Director General Cao hoped to deepen cooperation with the Republic of Tatarstan in culture, economy and trade and technology.

　　卡尔波夫副部长介绍，此次代表团来深出席第十九届中国国际社会公共安全博览会暨全球数字城市产业博览会，宣介鞑靼斯坦共和国的数字技术，并与中方有关企业达成合作。他表示，深圳的发展速度令人惊叹，鞑靼斯坦共和国期待能与中国、尤其与创新之城深圳在科技创新、经贸投资等方面开展更多合作，诚挚邀请深圳市参加将于明年9月在鞑靼斯坦共和国举办的第二届“俄罗斯和中国—互利合作”国际论坛等活动。

　　Vice Minister Karpov said that his delegation came to Shenzhen for the 2023 China Public Security Expo, to promote the country’s digital technologies and cooperation with Chinese companies. He said that Shenzhen’s development speed is impressive. The Republic of Tatarstan is looking forward to having more cooperation with China, especially Shenzhen, in technological innovation, trade and investment. He also invited Shenzhen to participate in the second Russia-China Forum to be held in the Republic of Tatarstan in September 2024.
