市委外办主任曹赛先会见乌兹别克斯坦驻华大使一行

　　12月21日，市委外办主任曹赛先会见到访的乌兹别克斯坦驻华大使阿尔季耶夫·法尔霍得（Farkhod ARZIEVO）一行。

　　On December 21, Cao Saixian, Director General of the Shenzhen Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, met with Farkhod ARZIEVO, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to China, and his delegation.

　　曹主任对阿尔季耶夫·法尔霍得大使一行访深表示欢迎，简要介绍了深圳经济社会发展最新情况。曹主任谈到，中乌是命运与共的友好近邻。去年以来，两国元首成功互访，推进中乌命运共同体建设，为双边关系发展擘画了蓝图。今年适逢共建“一带一路”倡议提出10周年，希望以此为契机，双方进一步拓展各领域务实交流合作。

　　Director General Cao first welcomed ambassador Farkhod and then briefly introduced the latest economic and social development of Shenzhen. Cao said that China and Uzbekistan are friendly neighbors sharing the same future. Since last year, the two heads of state have successfully exchanged visits to further energize the building of China-Uzbekistan community with a shared future, which has drawn a blueprint for the development of bilateral relations. This year marks the 10thanniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative, and we hope that the two sides will take this opportunity to further expand practical exchanges and cooperation in various fields.

　　阿尔季耶夫·法尔霍得大使一行对曹主任的热情接待表示感谢。他表示，乌兹别克斯坦是中亚人口最多的国家，有着良好的区位优势，与深圳一样人口年轻充满活力。希望在市委外办的支持下，双方进一步深化在进出口贸易、智慧城市等领域交流合作。

　　Ambassador Farkhod ARZIEVO expressed gratitude to Director General Cao for her hospitality. He said that Uzbekistan enjoys geographic advantages, and it is the most populous country in Central Asia, with the population as young and vibrant as Shenzhen. It is hoped that with the support of the Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office, Shenzhen and Uzbekistan will further deepen exchanges and cooperation in import and export trade, smart city solutions and other fields.
