市委外办主任曹赛先率队拜会多国驻华使馆及北京外交人员服务局

　　6月20日至21日，市委外办主任曹赛先率队前往北京，先后拜会9家外国驻华大使馆，与匈牙利驻华大使白思谛、比利时驻华大使安博宁、荷兰驻华大使昊使博、泰国驻华大使韩灿才、巴基斯坦驻华大使哈希米、瑞士驻华大使馆公使兼副馆长张德音、日本驻华大使馆公使上野麻子、塞尔维亚驻华大使馆公使衔参赞叶琳娜、法国驻华大使馆公使衔参赞江天等进行深入会谈，进一步推动深圳对外交流合作。顺道还拜会北京外交人员服务局，感谢李立局长将“外交官看中国•广东行”活动安排到深圳，并探讨未来更多互动的可能性。

　　From June 20 to 21, Cao Saixian, Director General of Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office, led a delegation to Beijing and visited nine foreign embassies in China. The delegation had in-depth talks with Ambassador of Hungary Máté Pesti, Ambassador of Belgium Bruno Angelet, Ambassador of the Netherlands André Haspels, Ambassador of Thailand Chatchai Viriyavejakul, Ambassador of Pakistan Hashmi, Deputy Head of Mission of Swiss Embassy Chantal Delli, Minister Counselor of Japanese Embassy Ueno Asako, Minister Counselor of Serbian Embassy Jelena Nikolić, Minister Counselor of French Embassy Christian Gianella to further promote exchanges and cooperation. Director General Cao also dropped in at Beijing Diplomatic Service and thanked Mr. Li Li, Director General of the Service, for having made Shenzhen part of the "China in the Eyes of Diplomats-Diplomatic Missions Visit to Guangdong". Both sides also discussed exploring the possibility of more interaction in the future.

　　拜访使馆期间，曹赛先主任介绍了深圳经济社会最新发展情况，回顾了近年来深圳与各国的友好交往，希望在与各国驻广州总领馆保持密切交往的基础上，与各国驻华大使馆携手共进，有针对性地加强深圳与各国在经贸投资、科技创新、绿色低碳、教育科研、文化旅游、海洋生态、高层互访等领域的交流合作。此外，曹赛先主任还向各国使节推介了今年下半年将在深举办的高交会、海博会、全球招商大会等各类活动，希望各馆组织邀请更多本国企业和机构来深参展参会。

　　During the visit to the embassies, Director General Cao introduced the latest socioeconomic developments of Shenzhen, reviewed the friendly exchanges between Shenzhen and relevant countries in recent years. She hoped that, built upon closer contact with the consulates general of these countries in Guangzhou, Shenzhen FAO would join hands with their embassies in China to strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between Shenzhen and these countries in the fields of economy, trade and investment, technological innovation, green and low-carbon development, education and research, culture and tourism, marine ecology and exchange of high-level visits.  In addition, Director General Cao introduced to the diplomatic envoys various activities to be held in Shenzhen in the second half of this year, such as the China Hi-Tech Fair, China Marine Economy Expo, and Shenzhen Global Investment Promotion Conference, and hoped that the embassies would invite more enterprises and institutions from their own countries to come to Shenzhen for these activities.

　　各国驻华使节对深圳取得的经济社会发展成就表示赞叹，认为深圳是各国在华的重要交流合作对象，并围绕重点合作领域提出了促进人员往来、扩大经贸投资、顺畅货物流通、互设联络机构、推动直航开通、策划团组访深、开展高质量政策对话等一系列意见建议。

　　The diplomatic envoys in China marveled at Shenzhen's achievements in economic and social development, and considered Shenzhen an important partner in China for exchanges and cooperation with these countries. They raised various opinions and suggestions on key areas of cooperation, such as promoting people-to-people exchanges, expanding economy, trade and investment, facilitating the flow of goods, setting up liaison organizations with each other, promoting the opening of non-stop flights, planning for groups to visit Shenzhen and carrying out high-quality policy dialogues.

　　拜访北京外交人员服务局期间，曹赛先主任与局长李立就深圳如何进一步用好使团资源、服务国家总体外交工作交换了意见，期待未来有更多驻华使节团组到访深圳。

　　During the visit to Beijing Diplomatic Service,  Director General Cao and Mr. Li Li, Director General of the Service, exchanged views on how Shenzhen further utilizes the resources of diplomatic missions to serve the overall diplomacy of the country. She looks forward to the visit of more diplomatic missions in China to Shenzhen in the future.

　　Representatives from Shenzhen Science, Technology and Innovation Bureau, Shenzhen Investment Promotion Bureau and the Consular Division of Shenzhen FAO also attended the meetings.
