市委外办主任曹赛先会见美国NBA太阳队高层

　　2025年10月13日，市委外办主任曹赛先会见NBA太阳队战略规划副总裁李朗豪（Ron Li）及美国洛克菲勒基金会高级艺术顾问、中国画院副院长马欣乐一行。

　　On October 13, 2025, Cao Saixian, Director General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, met with a delegation including Ron Li, Vice President of Strategic Planning of the NBA's Phoenix Suns, and Ma Xinle, Senior Arts Advisor of the Rockefeller Foundation and Vice President of the Chinese Painting Academy.

　　曹赛先主任介绍了深圳经济社会发展近况，以及深圳与美国相关州及城市交流合作情况。她表示，希望NBA太阳队以体育为纽带，发挥影响力，积极促进深圳与菲尼克斯市之间的友好往来，促进双方在文化、体育等领域的交流与合作。

　　Director General Cao Saixian briefed the delegation on Shenzhen's current economic and social development as well as its  exchanges and cooperation with relevant U.S. states and cities. She expressed hope that the Phoenix Suns would leverage sports as a bonding force to actively foster friendly relations between Shenzhen and Phoenix while enhancing bilateral exchanges and cooperation in culture, sports and other fields.

　　李朗豪介绍了NBA太阳队及球队所在城市菲尼克斯市体育产业发展情况。他表示，太阳队高度重视中国球迷和中国市场，希望进一步推动太阳队与粤港澳大湾区特别是深圳的合作，以篮球为媒介，促进中美民间友好和城市间交流。

　　Ron Li shared the development of the Phoenix Suns and the sports industry in their home city of Phoenix. He emphasized the team's profound appreciation for the steadfast support from Chinese fans and the vast potential of the Chinese market, expressing keen interest in deepening collaboration with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, particularly Shenzhen. In his view, basketball transcends being merely a sport—it serves as a unique bridge connecting the people of China and the United States and fostering intercity exchanges.

　　美国洛克菲勒基金会高级艺术顾问、中国画院副院长马欣乐表示，人文交流在中美关系中始终扮演着重要角色，人民友好一直是中美关系发展的基础。他愿积极发挥桥梁作用，助力深圳与美国开展文化艺术领域合作。

　　Ma Xinle emphasized that cultural and people-to-people exchanges have always served as a cornerstone of China-U.S. relations, with mutual friendship forming the fundamental driving force behind bilateral ties. He expressed his commitment to actively serving as a bridge, dedicating efforts to advance substantial collaboration between Shenzhen and the United States in the cultural and artistic fields.

　　双方还就深圳与菲尼克斯市文体合作、NBA太阳队来深交流、菲尼克斯水星队来深设立青少年篮球培训中心的可能性等进行了探讨。

　　The two sides also explored potential collaborative initiatives, including cultural and sports exchanges between Shenzhen and Phoenix, visits by the Phoenix Suns to Shenzhen, and the establishment of a youth basketball training center in Shenzhen with the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury.
