市委外办主任曹赛先会见迪拜商会主席穆罕默德

　　1月7日，市委外办主任曹赛先会见到访的迪拜商会主席兼首席执行官穆罕默德·阿里·拉希德·卢塔（H.E. Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah）一行。

　　On January 7, Director General Cao Saixian of Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office met with the visiting delegation led by H.E. Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers. 

　　曹赛先对迪拜商会代表团访深表示欢迎，并介绍深圳最新经济社会发展情况。她谈到，APEC第三十三次领导人非正式会议将于今年11月在深举办。深圳将抢抓这一重大历史机遇，加快建设更具全球影响力的经济中心城市和现代化国际大都市，以更高水平对外开放链接世界。相信APEC带来的相关利好将辐射全球，进一步推动深圳与包括阿联酋在内的地区国家开展各领域务实合作。

　　Director General Cao welcomed and briefed the delegation on Shenzhen’s latest socioeconomic developments. She said, Shenzhen is set to host the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 33^rd Leaders’ Informal Meeting in this November. The city will take the historic opportunity to build itself into an economic center with more global clout and a modern cosmopolis, as so to open wider to and embrace the world at a higher level. The APEC meetings are believed to benefit the wider world, furthering the pragmatic cooperation across the board between Shenzhen and beyond including the UAE.  

　　穆罕默德对深圳经济社会发展取得的成就给予了高度评价。他表示，中阿经贸关系日益紧密，各领域合作成果丰硕。今年5月，迪拜商会将在深举办2026迪拜商业论坛（中国）。希望以此为契机，加强迪深两地数字经济、新能源、科技创新等领域务实合作，助力深圳及中国企业以迪拜为支点出海布局中东及世界市场。

　　President Mohammad thought highly of the advancement of Shenzhen’s social and economic development. He noted that the UAE and China have seen ever-growing economic and trade relations, with fruitful outcomes in various fields. In this May, his Chambers will stage 2026 Dubai Business Forum - China in Shenzhen. By availing this opportunity, it is hoped that the two cities will enhance pragmatic cooperation in such areas as digital economy, new energy, and technological innovation, and that enterprises in Shenzhen and China at large will be supported for global expansion in the middle east and beyond via Dubai.
