深圳市委外办与越南海防市外事厅召开线上会议

　　3月27日下午，市政府外主任曹赛先应约同越南海防市外事厅厅长阮氏碧蓉（Nguyễn Thị Bích Dung）共同出席线上会议，探讨两地友城交流合作计划。

　　At the invitation of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Hai Phong City, Vietnam, Director General Cao Saixian of Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office attended the meeting with Nguyễn Thị Bích Dung, Director General of the Department on March 27, to jointly discuss the plans of exchanges and cooperation between the two friendship cities this year.

　　曹赛先首先感谢阮氏碧蓉厅长组织此次会议，并简要介绍了我市经济发展情况。她谈到，近年来，深圳和越南不同层级互访频密，深圳和海防交往尤为密切。今年是中国和越南建交75周年暨“中越人文交流年”，也是深圳经济特区建立45周年。目前，深圳正加快推进建设更具全球影响力现代化国际大都市。深圳和海防应以此为契机，以中国·越南（深圳—海防）经济贸易合作区为平台，深化两地在民营经济和产业园区领域合作，加强两地青年交往。

　　Director General Cao thanked her counterpart Nguyễn for organizing the meeting, and briefed on Shenzhen’s latest socioeconomic development. She mentioned that in recent years, Shenzhen and Vietnam had seen frequent exchanges of visits at various levels, especially between Shenzhen and Hai Phong. This year marks the 75^th anniversary of China-Vietnam diplomatic ties and the China-Vietnam Year of Cultural and People-to-people Exchanges, as well as the 45^th anniversary of the establishment of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. At present, the city is expediting its building into a more internationally influential modern cosmopolis. Availing of this opportunity, Shenzhen and Hai Phong should make the most of the platform of China-Vietnam (Shenzhen-Hai Phong) Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, to drive the cooperation on private sectors and industrial parks and the youth-to-youth exchanges between the two cities.

　　阮氏碧蓉谈到，海防重视与深圳的交往合作。深圳是一座现代化大都市，去年访深期间，深圳令其印象深刻。海防希望与深圳加强工作对接，充分利用政府和民间资源，推动两地在高层互访、企业对接、友城交往和文化旅游等领域务实合作，造福两地人民。

　　Hai Phong values the exchanges and cooperation with Shenzhen, Director General Nguyễn said, adding that Shenzhen is a modern metropolis and impressed her during her visit to the city last year. Hai Phong hopes to form more synergies with Shenzhen, and take the advantage of the resources of governments and private sectors to enhance the practical cooperation between the two sides in such areas as high-level exchange, enterprise match-making, friendship city exchange, culture and tourism, so as to deliver tangibly to the people of the two cities.
