　　After Mr. Khaled Melad Rezek welcomed the visit of Mme. Cao Saixian, he introduced that the new Egyptian Ambassador to China will soon take office and will continue to promote Sino-Egyptian exchanges and cooperation in various fields. As a strategic gateway for Chinese enterprises to enter the markets of Africa, Europe and the Middle East, Egypt has a very close cooperation with China in the fields of infrastructure, energy, science and technology as well as manufacturing industry, and there is a wider range of cooperation space in the future. The Economic and Commercial Department of the Egyptian Embassy is very willing to assist Shenzhen enterprises in docking with Egyptian enterprises and business associations. 

　　Mme. Cao Saixian expressed her gratitude to Mr. Rezek for his reception and looked forward to welcoming the new ambassador in Shenzhen. Egypt is an important partner of Shenzhen. Shenzhen and Egypt have carried out fruitful exchanges and cooperation for many years in terms of economic and trade investment, park construction, city exchanges, culture and tourism, and green energy, which is believed to further uplift the level of economic, trade and investment cooperation between the two places.
