市委外办主任曹赛先出席新加坡国庆招待会

　　2026年8月13日，市委外办主任曹赛先应新加坡驻广州总领事黄美美（Cindy Wee）邀请，赴广州出席新加坡独立61周年招待会。广东省人大常委会副主任谭玲、新加坡驻华大使陈海泉（Peter Tan）出席招待会并致辞。

　　On August 13, 2026, Cao Saixian, Director General of Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office, attended the reception celebrating Singapore’s 61st National Day Anniversary, at the invitation of Cindy Wee, Consul General of the Republic of Singapore in Guangzhou. Tan Ling, Vice Chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress, and Peter Tan, Singapore’s Ambassador to China, also attended the reception and delivered speeches respectively.

　　谭玲表示，广东历来高度重视与新加坡的友好关系，双方交流合作成果丰硕，广东已连续36年稳居新加坡在中国最大的省级贸易伙伴。站在新的历史起点上，期待与新加坡一道，积极落实两国领导人达成的重要共识，抢抓APEC会议“中国年”重大机遇，在粤新合作理事会框架下，持续深化两地在经贸投资、数字经济、智慧城市等多领域合作。

　　Vice Chairwoman Tan Ling stated that Guangdong has been valuing its friendly relations with Singapore, yielding fruitful results in their exchanges and cooperation. As a result, Guangdong has remained Singapore’s largest trading partner at the provincial level in China for 36 consecutive years. Standing at a new historical juncture, the province looks forward to working together with Singapore to earnestly act upon the important consensus reached by the leaders of both countries, seize the major opportunity of the APEC “China Year”, and within the framework of the Guangdong-Singapore Collaboration Council, continue to further cooperation between the two sides in various fields, including economy and trade, investment, digital economy, and smart cities.

　　陈海泉表示，新加坡与广东合作基础深厚。深圳将于今年11月主办APEC领导人非正式会议，主题为“开放、创新与合作”，这将为两国领导人开展高层交流、共促亚太地区繁荣发展提供宝贵契机。新方愿以此为指引，推动中新全方位高质量的前瞻性伙伴关系不断向前，共创更加美好的未来。

　　Ambassador Peter Tan said that Singapore and Guangdong are well established in their cooperation, and that Shenzhen will be hosting the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting in this November, under the theme “openness, innovation and cooperation”. This will provide a valuable opportunity for leaders of the two countries to engage in high-level exchanges and jointly promote prosperity and development in the Asia-Pacific region. Singapore is willing to take this as a guide to advance the China-Singapore  all-round high-quality future-oriented partnership, working together to create an even brighter future.

　　活动前，曹赛先与陈海泉大使和黄美美总领事亲切交流，并就深化深圳与新加坡未来交流合作交换了意见。深圳与新加坡的关系以“智慧城市”为核心纽带，在经贸、科技、金融、法律等多元领域形成了全方位、高水平的务实合作格局。

　　Prior to the event, Director General Cao Saixian had a cordial talk with Ambassador Peter Tan and Consul General Cindy Wee, and they exchanged views on deepening future cooperation and exchanges between Shenzhen and Singapore. Centering on the Smart City Initiative, Shenzhen and Singapore have forged an all-round and high-level framework of practical cooperation across diverse fields, including economy, trade, technology, finance, and law.
