　　We should speed up to complete the construction of four backbone railway stations including Shenzhen North Railway Station, Shenzhen Railway Station, Shenzhen Pingshan Railway Station, and Shenzhen Airport High-speed Railway Station (under construction), and four auxiliary stations of Shenzhendong Railway Station, Futian Railway Station, Pinghu Railway Station, and Xili Railway Station. 　　We will increase our support to the R&D and application demonstration of new technologies and products. We will implement the “Three Firsts” project (The promotion and application of the first piece (set) of major technical equipment, the application demonstration of the first batch of key new materials, and the promotion and application of the first version of software). Solid progress should be made to build Shenzhen into a pilot city of “Innovation China” initiative, efforts expedited to build China National Southern Tech-transfer Center in Shenzhen, and endeavors made to shape the city into the best place for industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.
